When I made appt I was quoted a price for an oil change of $74. When I went to pay for it I was told it was $83.87. I was told by a service advisor that the phone quote was simply an estimate. No adjustment was offered. When giving a quote, an out-the-door price should be provided. This is simply a “bait and switch”. I will be looking elsewhere for future maintenance.

The staff were very nice and friendly. It took a little longer than expected. Unfortunately the vibration problem they were trying to fix by replacing the tire has not been resolved.
