Simple tire rotation and oil change took 3 hours when the service rep told me 90 minutes. That is an unacceptable amount of time. I would have made other arrangements had I known it would have been 3 hours. We have been loyal customers for 21 years,

It was a great experience. It may be helpful to email/text information about where to go when it’s an express experience. No signage, verbal direction was very lacking on where or how to park and how the staff need you to wait. I’m pretty common sense, but between little detail in verbal from regular check-in area to bringing car into express port. Having a sign or two that says “pull up to here for Express Check-In” or a map sent prior would be helpful as who knows what door is blocking what. I saw the vehicle sensor bell kit line, but that looks like I’ll block flow from mechanics bay... until you know that’s what is wanted. Car parked in port added to the confusion. Would have known had someone said go to floor sensor and wait, they’ll assist you. Instead i was told, for future reference you can go park in there and they can help you get checked in. I can move your car if you want me to. Just somethings to consider for new customers.

The rear bumper protector that I added when I purchased the car at Carlson has started to bubble. I asked that someone look at it and said that I wanted it repaired or replaced. This wasn’t done.
