It tookn2 hours to get my car through a basic maintenance visit. I'm pretty sure it sat for over an hour because I wasn't asked if I would approve filters that were needed. It was entered in the system when I went to check, but didn't come to my cell phone until the rep I checked with submitted it. The text message I sent checking why my vehicle was still in arrived status after 90 minutes was never answered.

Craig, the service technician, was great and the work was completed timely and accurate, the rest of the staff was great. The new system available to keep track of the service work via text is a joke. It didn’t work at all, so what ever was spent to develop and implement the service for the customer was a complete waste of money if that’s how it will be executed. Nobody ever updated anything that would allow me to track the work being done.

Was called and said my vehicle would be ready in 15 minutes. I was dropped off 20 minutes later. My vehicle was out front. I have paid for a service plan so I have no money yo pay. I went to the cashier desk but they did not have my key or paperwork. They call the service area to let them know I was there to pick up my vehicle. I sat down and waited. 10 minutes later I went back to the cashier. She then had my key and was surprised they had not called my name as the service desk was notified I was waiting. Not impressed with the service. Would likely not purchase another service contract from this dealership.
