Poor explanation of 30,000 maintenance service, over looked my maintenance contract and billed me for items that are covered.
He also rushed through the work order charges and directed me to the payment counter. I had questions about what services were provided and if the surging brakes were checked. Customer satisfaction and service were way below Toyota standards.

He was very nice but my issue was that I was bringing my vehicle in to have tires rotated and he said I should do oil change as well I said it isn’t due for another 3,000 miles I’ll wait. He said then we will do the tire rotation at the same time, so you will have to come back . So I gave in and did the 110.00 oil change early. I think that should have been my choice. But oh well. No need to call me to discuss.

My sales associate was not good at following through with details. The car was delivered without paperwork, the charger was not in the car!, when I called him with a question regarding a missing accessory ( the piece that rolls out and covers items stored in back) he said he would look into getting one and never called me back. Very frustrating and disappointing as well as unprofessional
