In general, I am satisfied! The technician (I think his name was Brian) who talked me through the details of the problem and discussed solutions with me was great! My only complaint was that I had my car dropped off for a scheduled appointment around 1:30pm on Wednesday by a towing service and did not hear anything back. I called around 1:30pm the next day just to see what the status was. The person who answered my call wasn’t able to give me any information and the questions he asked made it sound like he didn’t know where my car was. Thinking my car may have been lost gave me a lot of anxiety, but thankfully around 5:30pm that same day I got a notification that my car had been checked it. But other than that, I had a good experience.
