When my wife got there the guy said we had 3 recalls and he would have never accepted our 2:30 appointment if he knew that. He said because his recall people leave at 3:00. I’m not sure we should be blamed for making an appointment. And who only works until 3:00?? These seem more like Carlsons Toyota problems then mine or my wifes.

After looking over the invoice carefully. I noticed that I was charged for writing a service order. Which would make sense if I didnt have you do the work.
Which than got me to thinking if I may have been over charged on the other work I had done?
Had brakes front and back completed with the 100,000 mile check up; both require that the tires be removed, I didn't see any subtraction for one of these events.

I brought the car in with left rear tire pressure at 28, all others at 29. Low pressure icon was lit on dash. The car was delivered to me with exact same readings with icon still illuminated. Confidence in other metrics not high. What’s going on?

I am not sure if it’s a staffing issue but getting a vehicle into service is very time consuming. Additionally, I felt a little bait and switched from the beginning. I signed up for a synthetic oil change for $65 for 5qts off your website. When I got there he said that’s conventional and I signed up for conventional. This was going to be $90 something + $30 for tire rotation and taxes coming out to like $150. Not what I signed up for, the he started pushing this package of 3 oil changes. Not what I went there for I was not too happy with Carlson but he said I can use it at any Toyota dealer. Then a few hours after I left my tire pressure light came on it took me 45 minutes to get my tires checked.
