My tires rotated, and the one tire after leaving the service department four hours later I see one my tires and rim damages. Losing air.

Staff is great,so far services on my vehicle have been great. Saturday I had an appointment to get my rear brakes done, 11:00, as my vehicle is being checked in I asked approximately how long would it take, he told me it would be done by 4. I was going to wait since I had an appointment,when I told him that he did something on his pad and told me about 2:00 instead of 4:00. I understand that things happen even when you have an appointment, but a five hour window,that is not right.

I have never trust a dealership until I tried Carlson Toyota service department. I have always done my own repairs and willing to do them until Carlson's surpassed my expectations and gained my trust and it's so nice I don't have to waste my weekend working on my vehicle's.
