When I arrived there was a lot of confusion between the worker on where they wanted me to pull in and even park. Then I explained again what services I needed at that visit, but asked about 4 additional times and each time asked with confusion but resolved each time. Then my service was supposed to take approximately 1 hour but coming back up to the counter after that hour I was told my vehicle was done and ready for me to check out. Complete confusion when I got to checkout as they did not have any of my information, so they had to call to find out where my car was, only to discover they had not even started working on my vehicle. At this point we were told “we can take care of the oil change “ which was already taken care of as it is part of the services included with a new vehicle purchase. I have never had that level of confusion at any dealership ever, it really seems like the staff do not know what they are doing. I also do not understand why my vehicle was moved and parked out front instead of being worked on.
