This was my first time to your dealership for service with this vehicle. We had an extensive conversation about not mixing oil and that this was to be a conventional oil change. However, service did a synthetic oil change in the vehicle even after I let them know I had just put a quart of conventional oil in the vehicle. This was an error and should not have been done. I’m grumpy.
