I had an appointment at 9:15 was checked in and they then send me a text saying I missed my appointment and needed to reschedule. I went up to the front desk to make sure my car was being worked on and was reassured it was a glitch.Then a 45 mins later they call me to let me know that my checkin wasn't captured and that hadn't started on the car.Then they come out and tell me it's done and and they will take care of the cost.(it is part of my two yrs Toyota Care)what a joke. I didn't get my car until 11:34 when my appointment was 9:15 for a simple tire rotation. This is not the first time I have had issues with this dealership.

The multi-point inspection video was appreciated, but we cannot hear anything our service person said in the video about the things they were showing us. As we left the parking lot, my husband noticed that I have a tail light out. We feel like that is something that should have been caught in a multi-point inspection.
