The service manager did not listen at all and bordered on rude. I had received a price on the work from my salesperson, the parts department, and the service manager before the work was begun. But after the work was finished, he would not honor the price. When I objected to this, sales staff and sales manager were great—they had the service manager redo the bill.

When I select the service package recommended while making my appointment, why does the dealership still try to upsell additional maintenance. It is never clear - is this Toyota recommended or Carlson recommended. Also when I asked if someone could check if I already had something done (one of the upsell packages) previously I was told the computer system was just upgraded a few months ago and there was no way to look back. Really???

I received a full diagnostic of my Rav4 on Sept 8th, and a week later the vehicle wouldn't start from a faulty battery. I had to bring the vehicle in again, and I did not feel the diagnostics were sufficiently performed in the first place to catch the battery issue. Furthermore, I do not have full confidence that this all resolved the actual issue I brought the vehicle in for on the 8th. I have little incentive to return for service.

It’s been a very stressful summer with a car break down on the highway, crappy auto mechanics, searching for good used cars for long commutes on a budget, and when I finally bought the Tiguan, to find out the engine had issues, was heart breaking. I felt defeated. Keith dealt with my frustration and haste with grace. He never brushed me off, instead gave me as much attention as he could amongst what I assume is a busy and demanding position. I wished that I could have been more in the know on what was happening with my car for over a week, but I understand he was waiting on management to figure out the situation. I thank the dealership for replacing my Turbo and I’m hopeful to rest easy now with a dependable car to get me to work and back and sustain my livelihood. To Keith: your roll is so very important and I commend you for your patience and professional attitude in a sticky situation. The rental sure was a godsend, but am happy to feel at home in my little SUV for 2+ hours a day. Thank you all for doing what was right. I will recommend your team to others in the future.

No communication. Waited 8.5 hours before hearing status of vehicle. Over $1500 in repair charges and problem still persists. Trained toyota mechanics cannot seem to figure out problem. Cannot continue pouring money into repairs without any sense the problem will be solved. Toyota needs to make this right!!!!!
