Ben knew instantly the problem with my key FOB over the phone and talked me through battery replacement. Then wisely instructed me to save all pieces of the one that didn’t work. He remembered me when I came in and instantly took care of everything, even putting my FOB together. He’s amazing! You really should give him a raise. Me and my dog felt welcome and well taken care of. As the kids say these days, he’s awesome!

I feel like I didn’t get good customer service as my previous because I would ask questions and I wouldn’t get them answer how I expected because it was over. Booked and I felt like the tension and stress was getting taken out on customers that was getting their vehicle done ….I think work stress shouldn’t be getting take out on customers.

I dislike the non-human process of making the appointment. Then after arriving early to have my oil change done, it was an hour and 5 minutes before my Tundra even went in the building. A $95 oil change and poor service is enough to make this long time customer and Carlson Toyota proponent go elsewhere from now on. Unfortunately this is a continuation of a long term slide in service quality that will be ending for me. Everyone apologized for the delays and claimed they were “overbooked “. If you have too much business, I can help by not coming back.

Only thing I noticed with the vehicle is that all 4 tires were at 55PSI. That might have been related to my issue. I deflated them down to the recommended 35PSI and it drives much better. Not sure if that was missed at PDI?
