I asked them to take the skid plate down under the gas tank so the rocks could be removed which had been there from when we bought it from Luther. Said no problem. Never was done. What do expect when its not written down. Have the same issue with young people at my work. Dont want to right anything down likes its some kind of big hassle. If they become to much of a hassle we fire them.

I am not very satisfied with the long wait for an oil change with an appointment. It appears that appointments are stacked to much. I was talking to a customer and she had an appointment at 8:30 am and by 9:20 she was still waiting. She shared with me her frustration. This should be addressed as it lowers customer confidence.
