The service rep came into the waiting room and called my name, I stood up immediately, but he called the second name. He explained to another customer service needs. Called a third name, explained service needs. Then left. I sat down. Waited 15 minutes for my keys to be brought to the cashier only to find he brought the incorrect paperwork…. My vehicle was smeared with sweat in several places that I needed to clean including on the driver window.
