Christian did a fine job. The issue was when I checked out. I was given an incorrect diagnosis in problems found. Many issues were pointed out, leaking valve covers, water pump , etc. upon looking over the sheet discovered it was for someone else’s vehicle. I brought the paperwork into the shop and gave it to another technician and explained the error. He brought the paperwork inside to be given to the correct owner.

They got my car scheduled and in seamlessly, the only issue has been, we needed to talk with a real person and that is impossible unless you physically go to the dealership and do it. At best we would get transferred to one or two people, but they never answered and did not return out message. Twice, this happened, two different warranty issues.
