I bought Toyota Connect and came to fix the issue based on the Toyota connect referral so I came to your dealership because it’s a service team that I trusted in the past. The problem did not come from me. It came
From the Toyota connect app. Yet I was being hassled into diagnostics after initially being told any sales man can fix it for you and it wouldn’t cost you a thing. I think maybe another dealer is in order now. Thanks for nothing.
As Toyota goes they failed me with app not working and poor referral and a recall that’s not mitigated. As a dealer you’re no different that the Chicago dealers. Hungry, greedy and incompetent.
I’m sorry if it’s a harsh review but I think I’m disappointed and done.

Service tech was nice and helpful. But your online service appt system needs a lot of improvement. Why is it I select the recommended 100k service package and book the appt and when I arrive it is the same thing every time - “now what are you here for?” And then they scroll thru their iPad and can’t find the service that was booked. Your people need to have the tools to effectively do their jobs - your systems don’t seem to allow it - I can tell your people are trying hard.
