Christian was excellent... I was expecting a report of the results of the 15K checkup. I may have received it as a text? Also, I have a "broken" hub cap that one of the initial guys said would be checked out - I didn't hear anything later. Very minor issues. Thank you!

The AI system did not know what to do. Then when my car was there I had to call and check on my vehicle after three hours past my appointment. Only to find out that they couldn't do anything. Then I got my car towed back to my home and they brought it back on a flatbed. That cost me $200 and they took it on a normal tow to Carlson.

Does this take the place of postcard? I’m grateful to have gotten a ride to St. Stephen‘s after I dropped my car off. I was very grateful to get a ride from my home to Carlson to pick up my vehicle. Will was a very engaging and joyful young man. I’m sure he’s gonna go far. And Craig yes exceeded my expectations when I had forgotten one little important detail. But he had taken care of a completely.

Service was excellent once I was at the dealership. The problem I had was making an appointment.
Someone at the dealership took my name and number and said someone would contact me shortly. Nobody did. I then tried going on line to make an appointment and the person on the other side said she would have someone contact me shortly. That too didn’t happen. The next day I thought I’d try the dealership once again and did reach a person to make an appointment.

Scott answered my questions about my needed maintenance and gave me updates of procedures and when my vehicle would be ready. Toyota you do not need to have your employees send out surveys. If a client is unhappy they will tell you at the building, make a phone call or email. Toyota you should just appreciate that your employees come to work regularly and help you make a profit.
