I brought my car in because it was making rattling and other noises in the rear of the car. While there has been improvement, there is still noise when going over bumps. I hate to think this is normal and all RAV4’s are like this.
I’m not sure what my options are. Can I come and test drive another model like mine to see if I hear the noise in it?

I'm not sure what happened today, but after waiting almost 2:hours I had to inquire on the status of my vehicle. I was told that my agent was wanting for the inspection report. When I told him how long I had been wanting he checked the computer and informed me a tire sensor needed to be replaced. It was about a 40 minute repair that was then started. I arrived for my appointment promptly at 12:15 and finally paid my bill after almost 3 hours later. I was also told the technician suggested an brake fluid flush. I had him look at my account, which showed I had completed that service less than 10,000 miles previously, and certainly did not require it. I have always trusted Toyota with the service of my vehicle, but today was a very frustrating experience.
