Came in with my GR86 for its 20k mile oil change and tire rotation. I get it back and all the employees are fun and sweet. I drive back down to Minneapolis and on my way up I hear my engine knocking. I pull over at first notice and don’t notice anything wrong. They also filled my oil up a bit much, but that won’t kill me. What COULD have killed me is when I pulled over into a parking lot, I pulled my lug wrench out and notice not a single one of my lug nuts were tightened on my wheels. So by hand, I had to go around each wheel and HAND tighten each lug nut. I’ve got a really bad back and that’s why I didn’t do this myself. Any person can rotate their tires, but medically I’m not supposed to. I put the lug wrench on and notice that I can flap the lug back and forth with the force of one finger. How do I pay you to rotate my tires and you forget to tighten the lugs? This is just lazy and forgetful work. You’re going to get someone killed, I hope you read this as well. Not just for me but for other families you can possibly put into harm. I ended up bringing it to a buddies shop to do it for me, which I’ll probably end up doing next time because I won’t be coming back to Carlson Toyota. If my wheel were to have came off, and if I was to have even gotten more injured it would have been more severe than just a bad review. Have a sit down talk to whoever did this. How do you forget to tighten the wheels onto a car? Come on. -Jesse Y

I’ve got charged for 20$ for gasoline as items used. Came in to pcm update but while they were doing a test drive they didn’t put 3 gallon in my car for the test run. On the TSB, it said to add gas to retest. The service guy even said that tech didn’t put gas in. Somehow still got charged for it!!!!!

I had my AGM battery replaced today but they installed a flooded battery instead. I was assuming that they would put the same like battery in my car. The price was identical to what I paid for my AGM battery previously and to get the downgrade is very disappointing. Kind of like having Michelin tires on and getting a flat and they replace it with the donut spare. It will get you down the road for a bit but you know there will be issues at some point in time. What can be done?
