Every thing in the interior was changed. The seat needed to adjusted, the heat was blasting, every mirror needed to be adjusted and they turned my lights off of auto. Even the steering wheel was not where I had it! The car wash was very low quality. It left my car all spotty.

The day I brought my vehicle in I was called later in the day (about 3:30) about an update and if I wanted additional work done to it. I said yes, but asked what the estimate total cost would and when my car would be done. Kim let me know that she wasn't sure at the moment but would call me back, she never called me back. The next day I called at about 9:00 am requesting an update on my car I was told Kim was not at her desk, but I could leave a voicemail for her and she would get back to me. I did and I never received an update till 1:30 when my vehicle was ready. Just would have liked some more communication

Brad was at least receptive to solving my problems related to an issue with tires that were replaced at Carlson a Technician Dustin was great and went above and beyond. As noted the TPS monitor had an issue and when I called Advisor Kim told me on the phone that if it was a TPS issue it would take possibly 2 hours to fix and since New Year’s Eve all technicians were leaving at 3. I drove over anyway because I was leaving town for an extended period and short story Dustin got to the issue had Brad write up a work order (after another advisor had turn him down). Dustin got it fixed in under a 1/2 hours and again went above and beyond. Had it not been for him I would be looking for new Toyota dealership in the Twin Cities.

I told Nicholas that I was going to be driving the vehicle out of town so I wanted to make sure everything was checked on the car. I drove the car to Chicago on January 1. I made it to Chicago, but as I was getting closer to the hotel the low oil pressure light went on. When I got to the hotel I checked the oil and I had a leak. Fortunately there was a repair shop a mile and a half from the hotel. They checked it and the oil filter housing was missing a drain plug. It must not have been installed properly by your mechanic, and was dislodged. This negligence by your mechanic could have damaged the engine, since I did drive it a relatively short distance after the light was on. I was lucky to find a mechanic in Chicago who could take a look at it, and fix the problem for a reasonable cost ($54.74).

Most issues were already addressed with Paige, and Paige is currently working with me to ensure my overall satisfaction. However, if the service advisor would have approached me a bit differently, we could have avoided confusion, and I would not have been as angry. After booking my service online and filling out a comments box concerning my moon roof dash indicator, the service advisor came out and advised I reschedule for the morning. She did not mention anything about me still being able to get my oil changed. I then watched at least 2-3 other cars pull in for service, and she kept advising I rebook because the diagnostic techs left for the day. I told her the website never mentioned anything about this, and she literally chuckled and said, “I know” as if it was funny. As I had driven in from the Albertville area and taken time off from work, I was less than pleased both with the situation and her response. Since no one called me to let me know either upon booking the appointment or when distributing workload to the service techs that day, the least the service advisor could have done is approached me with something like, “well I have some good news and bad news… good news is that we can still do your oil change if you would like, but the bad news is that my diagnostics techs are off at 3.” Instead of, “I advise you reschedule for the morning” failing to let me know I could still my oil changed as scheduled. I left to grab lunch, and she called when I was on my way back to pick up my car. I asked her about the issue they couldn’t tend to, and she said we could chat when I came in. Then, when I arrived to pay, she got on the phone as if she were avoiding having to speak to me about the issue they couldn’t take care of. I waited, and she started to get an attitude with me about my concerns, stating there was nothing they could do. At that point, she went to Paige, who is currently assisting me. There were failures all around, and having not contacted me prior to let me know they had no diagnostic techs, the service advisor could have handled it differently.
