When I dropped off my car on Friday for a 9:45am appointment, I was told it could be done by 4:00 because several techs called in that day. I called again at approximately 1:00pm to get a status update. I waited for 1.5 hours for a call back and received nothing. I called back again, was sent to voicemail. Then I called 3 more times, each time I was sent to voicemail. On the 4th call the receptionist offered to take a paper note to Scott. That was as 2:34pm. I got a call back from another service agent, Brandon, at 3:00. I was notified the car was not done and the A/C diagnostic was still needing to be done. Due to time crunch on other events, we asked to have our car held till Monday. Neither Saturday nor Monday did I get a call or a text to hear what the status was of the car or the results of the A/C diagnostic. I had to call again on Monday, which I did at 1:40. I was sent to voicemail again for Scott. I waited till 2:55 when I called again and was sent to voicemail. I called back again and asked if a paper note could be given to Scott with my questions on the status of the car, the A/C diagnostic and when I could pick up the car. I got a call back by Scott at 3:10. When I came to pick up the car, the lady helping me check out told me my car was in the lot to the left lot (when walking out of the building) which it normally would be. It was not and my husband had to drive me around to help me find my car which was down in the right lot closer to the cars being sold. I have been coming to this dealership for years and this was the worst service I have ever received. The three people who helped me the most was a mechanic point me in the right direction to get my car since there were no service agents around, Brandon the service agent who called back on Friday, and the receptionist. Not hearing what was going on for my car at all and having to call several times to get some sort of answer was ridiculous. I believe that if people are trained right and supported when they make mistakes, people do well. Customers see and feel it because employees are happy and feel competent. I could see he was trying his best but this level of service is also unsat. I would like to see management do a better job resourcing and training their people.

There is a flaw in your program to provide customers with updates on the techs analysis. You need to fix this. It said I need new tires for $1150. nick said that is a glitch.

Scott was not the issue I understand being busy but to constantly be transferred to voicemails when i asked to speak to a live person, was frustrating. Saturday i called to ask a question about something the mechanic mentioned in the video. I got a different service person because Scott was not working that day. I could hear the irritation in his tone. If i knew how to fix my own car, i wouldnt be bringing it somewhere to be fixed, and i wouldnt have to ask questions. Not impressed this time around. And i wont be back to your location.
