There was an issue with the air bag light and the seat belt light and no one informed me before whe I came to pick up the car. Scott was not available and have to leave the car and wasted the trip. Next day Scott told me that it will cost extra for the diagnostic to know why the lights are on.
I am surprised that when such critical lights are on and no one take the initiative to inform me.
