1. Vehicle now make a thud/thump when brake pedal is released. This did not exist prior to this appointment.
2. Sun roof cover was damaged/dirtied during repair which is obvious to see yet the vehicle was provided back to us expecting us not to find.
3. vehicle headliner was dirtied (unknown if permanent damage) during repair.
Left 3 voicemails for Lance Spah with no call back. Received call from service department trying to setup appointment.
Tired of being inconvenienced by every service appointment at Carlson. Of the 3 times we have been there (trailer hitch wiring, oil change, this repair) all 3 have had issues causing major inconvenience.

Made appointment & it still took 2 hours for an oil change. If the ship is so busy that they are too backed up then scheduling policy should change. I responded to the text regarding needed filter change and that wasn’t done, I had to wait further because they missed it only to be told the filter wasn’t in stock. Have always been satisfied with the service at Carlson on my Toyota vehicles and when we got a Nissan I still wanted that level of service but will take my Nissan elsewhere for services.
