The estimated cost on your website was almost 20% less than the actual cost due to fees charged on the final bill. It would be a better experience if the estimate for standard services ( like oil change, tire rotation) better reflected what the customer actually is charged for the service. A fair price for good service, which I received, is expected; a final bill close to 20% higher takes some of the shine off the experience.

The service person who helped me this last time did a great job at repairing the damage that was done the previous week. I brought my truck in for a prepaid tire rotation. However, they also changed the oil 5000 miles before needed and then doing so cross, threaded and broke. The bolts holding on the splash guard. They told me I would have to bring it back later to fix that and threw the splash guard in the back of my truck. The service tech told me they were rusted however, they are not. They were just cross threaded all but one of them. He told me it was OK to change the oil early which is correct however, I have a prepaid plan and now I will be 5000 miles off on my next oil change. No one has said anything about that just sorry.

Brandin was polite and helpful. I told him to have them change air filters if they needed to be changed. He conveyed that request to service team. Service team marked them red - no one talked to me. I received service recommendation to change filter when service person came to tell me service was completed. No mention of filters. When i went to pay, filters werent on invoice. I had to wait an additional half hour and when finally ready - my glove box was open and i havent been able to get it to stay shut.

There is a problem with the charges. I clearly said that if it was going to cost $111.22 to change 2 license plate bulbs then I didn't want it done. The agreement was that it would cost $40.00. If after consideration that couldn't be done then I should have been informed and it should not have been done.
