Nick was GREAT, but the service area forgot to wash my new vehicle. I left and got several miles away before I realized they hadn't washed it as they had told me they would,so I drove back and had them wash it.

I waited over two hours for my vehicle , no one came to me to let me know how things were going or how much longer I should expect to wait. When they finished I got a phone call even though they knew I was waiting in the dealership. I was told my break pads needed to be changed , that they had uneven wear but they couldn't tell me why and apparently the guy that looked at them had already left for the day . Well what good is that ? You need to find out why my break pads are not wearing out evenly and wearing out after only one yearas I just had them done a year ago at the Honda dealership in Brooklyn Park .I do not feel my time was respected .

I had an appointment for an oil change and 90,000 mile inspection for 11:45. The car was finished nearly 4 hours later. I got the email update about 1pm saying the inspection was complete and asking for my ok to change the cabin filter, which I responded to. Almost 2 hours later I asked the service representative how much longer would it be. He checked and said my car needed to be moved and there wasn't an open area for the filter to be replaced. He apologized and said it should be done within an ahour. Nearly an hour after that the work was done. The rep apologized again for the wait, explaining that the inspection and filter replacement are done in one service area while the oil changes are done in another, and that they were down mechanics today. I have purchased 2 cars at Carson's Toyota and have had all my work done there,for over 15 years. I understand that short staffing is a problem everywhere, but I'm very disappointed that the rep didn't look for me to give updates when I had been there 3 hours. His initial explanation did not include the information about different service areas for different services, just that they had needed to move my car. More information, sooner, would have gone a long way toward making me feel valued as a customer.
