We had to talk to a supervisor to complain about how long it took to get my brakes done. After I suggested to maybe give us a free oil change he allowed it. That same supervisor told us he would call me back before 5 pm that day after he talked to appointment center, since I was told it would take 2 to 4 hours to have my brakes done. I would have made my appointment earlier in the day so then my car did not have to stay overnight. Never got his call back. Did do brake job as planned. We are loyal Toyota people. We have bought 7 Toyotas since we have been married. Not too satisfied how this whole appointment went . Prior to allowing my brakes to be done by Toyota I had called 2 different places and both other places could do in 2 to 4 hours. Joan and Kevin J
