Toyota experience on 11/15/2024 Worst service experience at Carlson Toyota. Oil change took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Never received link to view multiple point inspection. Had to ask customer service desk twice for an update on my RAV4. Customer service representative was very helpful and I appreciate her getting my keys and paperwork so I could check out and leave. There was a balance owed even though I have Toyota care. Once I got my vehicle, the glove box and filter was not put back and I had to flag someone down to put filter back and reattach the glove box. My vehicle was not put through the car wash. Overall very disappointing and negative experience. I would like to be contacted by a service manager about this incident. Katie H

I arrived at 7:40 and didn't get my vehicle back until 10:10 it seems like a long time for an oil change.doesn't make sense to make an appointment.and when asking about my tire sensor not working I was told I would have to make another appointment for that. But when I took my truck across the street the guys at discount tires came out with a tiny handheld device that reads my tire sensors and said oh the battery needs to be replaced in my tire it took 3 minutes no waiting.i think after spending thousands of dollars at Toyota that you could spend three minutes and tell me my tire sensor battery needs replacing

After waiting 1 hr and 40 min for an oil change , I asked the service advisor,Aaron Newell when I could expect to be done. It took him a while to even locate my car. I was told they hadn’t even started it. He told me I just needed to ”be patient”, “we are very busy”, “doesn’t matter that you had an appt”. This was not only poor customer service but also personally insulting. I asked to speak with a manager. Lance located my car , got the service started and waived my fees for the service. While I appreciated what was done on my behalf, I feel my service was rushed at that point . The inspection of my vehicle was not completed as usual. I depend on the advice and recommendations of the service dept to plan maintenance for my vehicle. This opportunity was missed. I have been a customer of Carlson for over 25yrs and never encountered issues like this. Under these circumstances, I must seriously consider moving my vehicle maintenance to another dealership. I came in for just an oil change only and took over an hour and a half. Also when I left and came back to work, my work badge which I laid on my passenger seat was missing.
