I was told that there was no lift that could accommodate my truck and that l could not get my tires rotated. Later I was told that there was one lift that could but it was occupied. Now I have to return to get my tire’s rotated. I was told I have to call and schedule my tire rotation, this is very inconvenient for me. Kind of felt like I was rushed out because it was close to closing time.

-apparently my radio antenna came unscrewed, didn't bother putting it back in just put it in my passenger seat.
-left my hood unmatched, not fully closed, very dangerous while driving
-was the car wash broken, they didn't wash my car like they've done before
- I've brought all my cars to Carlson as you can see when you look up my history and unfortunately it might be time to have work done on my cars somewhere else, very disappointed in Carlson.

My oil changed took 2 hours.
The day after my oil change I got a phone call from James, hassling me and insisting that I need to go look up my VIN number for him because he had to "bill something."
He was unprofessional and unable to explain what he needed to bill. I told him I was out and he insisted that I needed to go look it up or call him back. I told him that I was fine if my car's record did not have this one oil change recorded. He still insisted that I needed to go find my VIN number and call him back so he can build something. I hung up. Will absolutely not be returning to this location.

I came in for oil change. The computer system was down. Rep asked if I wanted my tires rotated. I told them no because I recently had new tires installed. They quoted me for $141 and I trusted them without looking at paper work carefully. Then I got a notification for a $170 charge. Turned out they added the tire rotation but I’m unsure if it actually happened, because no one mentioned it when I checked out. I called and Aaron was very nice to offer the next oil change. That was good. But this is the 3rd time in a row I have issues whenever coming in for service. First time was coming in for diagnostic on my oil usage. But then I had to wait for 4hours without nothing was done with vehicle. Then came back 2nd time, came back in to get looked at, turned out the oil plug cap wasn’t on tight from oil change last time… I requested top off since oil was lost so much already. But they did not top off either. The rep was nice to cover the diagnostic fee that time. But then this time, again, something else happened. It seems like either services are just not that good as I have expected everytime I come in.

Not very experienced technicians. I expected someone with experienced and knowledgeable of Toyota vehicles in general. I was disappointed and won't recommend anyone to take their vehicles there for service. We are a used car dealership and our # 1 vehicle that we love is the toyota highlander and some time we need good technicians to problem solve. We understand that some things are more challenging than others but that's why I expected someone with experienced.
