Nick was professional, quick, polite, aware of his surroundings and doing wmanagement's bidding. However, i believe the following are obvious and probably previously suggested:
*I open the text from Toyota and read my gas tank is EMPTY. Problem. I'm told "empty" is selected for every car. It waisted my concern, two people's time and is totally avoidable. Simple, Enter each car's gas tank reading or delete it from the checklist.
*Nick showed me a picture of the leaf-filled filter behind my glovebox asking if I'd like it replaced for approximately $60. The filter is fine. The actual problem is the nuisance tree bordering my driveway that will be removed. I didn't understand why I wasn't told it was blown out and what to watch for.
*Having my car washed after service sure makes a customer feel special. I'm amazed Toyota doesn't do that.

I was quoted a price for an oil change for about $74 on the phone. My actual invoice was about $84 plus tax. I ask the tech and he said the price of oil fluctuates. I don’t believe that. You need to inform the person setting up the appointments of the actual charge for an oil change.
