My sticker for next rotation has my current mileage and after being told up front I’d get a car wash, I had to ask for one when I arrived after work. I dropped my car before noon on lunch and picked up around 5 and still had to wait for my courtesy car wash. Same thing last time. Service seems iffy and if they can’t get a sticker right, it just makes me nervous what else they didn’t. Nick was great though-very quick and efficient when I dropped off. And the guy who helped me after to get the car wash-great!

I saw my vehicle get pulled into the lot after the work was completed and I waited almost 25 minutes for me to be told that my vehicle was finished. Meanwhile, I got a text that said my work was complete and I could “skip the line” and pay through the app. When I asked the cashier how it worked, she said, “I have no clue how that works!”

I did not receive good communication of the status of my vehicle while it was being serviced. It did not see a vacuum or a carwash even though it was made clear that communication was less than ideal through the week. I would have thought some effort would have gone into the experience to show some sort of an apology for the lack of communication.
