My partner brought our vehicle in today and returned to tell me that your people said we had a fog light out. I was surprised to hear that it wasn't even offered to be replaced whether warranty or not. I am grateful we were told but it seems odd that there was no opportunity to get it fixed. It's very different than what I am used to from Carlson and I've been a customer multiple times over.

I had scheduled my vehicle to be dropped off at 7am and told them they could have it all day and I needed it back by 4pm after I got off work. I even called and confirmed this the week prior to the appointment. I was scheduled for an oil change and was having 4 new tires installed. I called at 3:15pm asking if the vehicle was done yet. I was told it was still being worked on and it wouldn’t be ready for another hour. I came to the dealership at 4:15 and was told another 10 minutes. Vehicle was not done until 4:45pm. I don’t feel it’s acceptable to have my vehicle from 7am to 4:45pm for an oil change and tire installation.

I was greeted promptly upon arrival, found waiting area accommodating so many diverse needs and even personally offered a water or snack. Most importantly Jim was very thorough explaining what was serviced on my car and to what I should pay attention until my next service.

I have the feeling that my car was not checked. Because while waiting for my son to pick me up, I saw my car driving towards the front and was parked in the parking lot. And am like that was fast. And when I came back to pick my car after about two hours, my car was still at the same spot.

I always appreciate the customer service at Carlson Toyota. Mike the tire guy was very helpful and informative when I called about tire selection for my vehicle. Nick was awesome as well making it smooth and stress free when it came to timing of install and financing. ????

I was ignored when I got there, as check in is not very clear. Once I thought I was checked in,I let the service tech know I needed a sensor checked, they brought me to the manager who brought me to another guy, that immediately dismissed me by letting me know it would need to be rescheduled, but he was in the middle of something and couldn't help me. Then I sat there and watched my car being driven around by at least 5 cars. I checked with the service manager, who then proceeded to blame others. Finally, it was checked in and done quickly. Upon returning to my car, I noticed that my front license plate was bent, which was not the case when I left home. I also noticed a fresh scratch on the front. I never did schedule the sensor appointment and will not be scheduling any other appointments at the Carlson Service Dept. This was an awful experience again. I have had previous appointments here that have been rough as well, but since I was called and offered a coupon, I thought I would try it again. I will not fall for that ever again.

Completely disgusted with my service.I had to wait over a week to get in for an oil change,10000 mile check,tire rotation and tire repair on one tire.Waited over an hour past my appointment time to even have my vehicle brought in. After all that they couldn’t even get a simple repair on a tire done as their repair shop was too busy. Complete waste of my time with. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with.I bought many vehicles from the Carlson family over the years and like to deal with local people.

Nick was great!! The tire specialist was great. But the 3rd party appointment line is getting frustrating, when scheduling my appointment for 4 new tires she didn't even ask what tires I wanted. If I hadn't called back to speak with Carlson Toyota directly my experience would have been much worse.

I sent an email to Alex Vo already reporting that the wrong tires were put on and I didn't order an alignment either and for some reason that was done and I was charged. Again, I ordered the Turanza EL400 02, but those are not what was put on. Please advise how this can be corrected.

Took to long I thought when you make a reservation you reserve a time slot that was yours to get the job done. You wou t go to a restaurant with a reservation and have to wate 4 hours to be seated. I do like your friendly attitude.
