Great service like normal. The sales team was also friendly and once I told them that I had a vehicle in for an oil change they all were still friendly and even had a friendly conversation with no car sale talk. Not sure if you changed manager but your dealership felt good to be in.

I dropped my car off at 8:15 in the morning expecting to have it By the afternoon. l received no call or text message all day. I finally called at 6:30 to ask about the status of my car. The service department was Now closed. A sales person directed my call to the cashier which no one answered. I called again and talked to a sales manager, who was trying to figure it out and make it right. He was able to tell me the car had in fact been serviced I appreciated his efforts. I was disappointed I waited all day from my car and never received a call or text.

The job took two hours and I was under impression it was to be the same as the other three maintenance checks that were easily completed in an hour. I was not kept informed of needed time. I had company from out of state at my house. I would have appreciated upfront info so I could make that decision to come back to pick up my car when ready instead of sitting there for two hours away from visiting family.

I have brought up the concern of my car not driving the same since I have purchased tires directly from your dealership in April. I brought it in afterward and I was not listened to. This time around because it has been six months I have the same exact concern that my Carlson rav 4 still doesn’t drive as it used to before I purchased tires from this dealership, I am going to be responsible for paying for a problem that this dealership caused. I expressed the same concerned and I feel that I was not heard the second time. If I’m not being heard regarding my concerns why should I continue to come back.

Everything seemed ok in terms of the repairs and customer service. However, I was appalled at the cost of replacing my antenna. Repairs are always expensive but this seemed out of line. Drill out the old and screw in the new? What was used from the shop that warranted a 25.00 shop fee? Furthermore, I don’t know the hourly labor but 180.00 for labor? Lastly, it seems ridiculous that I can’t go through a car wash without unscrewing my antenna. I have had my van for 11 years and the only problem so far has been a broken antenna twice. Which by the way I was told the last time “that shouldn’t happen”.

Nick does a GREAT job. I could see that he was working very hard to take care of a lot of customers on the day that I picked up my vehicle from service. He kept me informed as best he could while my vehicle was in the garage for service. He deserves a LOT of credit for his efforts. He should get a bonus!

We gave them a $5 coupon towards an oil change. It wasn’t deducted. We called the dealership today and left a message for someone to call us back regarding it . No one called us back. We’ve bought our cars there and had consistent service done on them . It’s only $5 but makes us not want to go there anymore. Linda P

Was my first time in due to moving to the area and already started off on a slightly odd note. Arrived early and was met with a technician who gave me nothing but confused looks when I stated I was there for a 3 o clock servicing ("Like do you mean an Express one?..."). Then once I was directed to an actual advisor, it seemed like it was just being marked up as another oil change to end off the day and not any of the suggested services under the "Recommended Toyota Package" that was selected on the site when the appointment was made. No harm no foul with that though. Like I said, just a bit odd. The thing that I didn't expect however was to wait almost 2 1/2 hours for just the suggested oil change to actually be done (3pm appointment - ended up leaving around 5:30). The one positive from it though was that I really appreciated the discount being provided from one of the senior advisors in turn for the delay. All in all, not an awful experience just not what I expected for my first time in.
