Was unhappy with the “pressure” to buy new tires from the tire service rep.

It took 3 hours to install 4 new tires and do an alignment plus they inspect the vehicle every time which I do like that part. I got a quote for 4 Goodyear assurance weather ready 2 tires. Accepted the quote and made an appointment for installation. Met the tire specialist and told him the tires I was there to get. They sent an advisor out next that used to work for Goodyear, said he installed some of the first weather ready 2 in the country. I paid for it and when I got home looked at the tread and it looked different than the pictures. That’s when I noticed someone put the wrong tires on my vehicle. I refuse to use these cause they don’t meet my standards.

Brought our vehicle in for a simple oil change and it took 90 minutes… and when we asked about the status they did not know where it was!? Eventually it was located.. but a tire pressure light was on which was not on when taken in.. so, no.. we are NOT satisfied.

Cashier clerk was abrupt and rude when I asked if my car got washed. Her response was a very abrupt “You need to go see someone at the service counter to answer that question.” It was a simple question and her tone was way uncalled for.

I disappointed with Annika Williamson at the Carlson Toyota dealership they way she helped me unprofessional she didn’t want answers any my questions.
She is so rude for me I asked her how long it takes to finish my services she told me I don’t know overall, she is poor Customer services.

I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment at one. After an hour I inquired after noticing my Highlander had been washed. I was told that I was next, bottom line it took over one and a half hours for a tire rotation and 12 point inspection. I never saw the service rep and at checkout there was no copy of the inspection. The cashier had to run one off for me. On my way out I saw on the inspection sheet that I needed a cabin and air filter. No one informed of this. Also I was told initially that my tires were rated at a point between the red and yellow ratings and should consider new tires but on the installation sheet it showed my tires were rated green (the Bridgestone tires are 26 months old with under 40,000 miles). We have purchased three vehicles at Carlson and am very disappointed with this experience. We are now questioning weather our next new vehicle will be purchased with Carlson. Service was great! No complaints there. I got a text message saying I have an invoice to pay, which I was told I had no additional charges from my Toyota care check in. I called the same afternoon to get it closed out and see why it was telling me I owe $97, to which I was told “it will go away when the ticket is closed and you don’t have to pay it”. Still getting notices that I owe money, which is frustrating.
