Nick was completely clueless about my service package and was kinda demanding money for todays service, not sure if this is a new strategy of tricking the customers to grab money from their service, fortunately I had an email conversation from one of the associates to prove Nick wrong. Please have the service associates educate themselves on the packages and their validity. This isn’t fair. And also I did not get a car wash which I always get..Thanks!

I left a message, but, when I scheduled the maintenance visit I mentioned that I need my tire sensor looked at. My husband mentioned it when we checked in and they said we would need an additional appointment. We wanted to do it all in one visit. When we got the car back, we were told that all was good. Our tire warning light was on by the time we exited the parking lot.

The advisor said the work would take between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. It took over three hours and no one ever came to see me or let me know how the work was progressing or why there was a delay. I finally went up to the desk and asked for a status, and they finally gave me my car with no explanations or apologies. Up until now I’ve been very happy with the service from your dealership, but this time I felt completely ignored and unappreciated.
