Sales person at Toyota: "what brings you in today" Me: An oil leak that was found during an oil change. Warranty work. Sales person at Toyota: "oh, your one of those" Then has an attitude the whole time she is explaining the $180 diagnostic fee even eye rolls. When someone has an attitude your going to rub that energy off on me.please don't. Also future reference, don't call people, "one of those" that immediately made me feel like she was talking down on me. As a customer I don't appreciate being talked down on. Also there should be a rough guesstimate of how long an apt. Is going to take so your not sitting and waiting wondering... continue communication throughout the process

Nick and Joe went out of their way to try to fix the rattle in my car door and as of now it has not come back in the passenger side. Joe went above and beyond by going for a drive with me to make sure the rattle was not there and that shows how much he cares.

When I checked in I asked the gentleman there if they could take care of the plastic around the drivers side tire as it had come loose. I have it duct taped together. It never got taken care of nor mentioned.

I don’t feel like a valued customer. I called 3 times the day before the repair to see about a rental. I was supposed to get a call back but that never happened. The receptionist finally walked my request back to the concierge. I assumed I had a car reserved but found out on the day of the repair no rentals were available. The attitude everyone had at the dealership was off-putting; I didn’t feel like anyone cared about my business. It was difficult to get in touch with anyone to discuss the service and the charges. I’ll just go to a different place

Oil change wait times have been getting longer the past year. Today I arrived at 8:25 for my 8:30 appt, it was a 2 1/2 hr wait for an oil change and tire rotation. These time frames should be expressed when making the appointment.

James was great! He didn't try to up sale me for any other products unlike someone there. I also compare my previous multi point inspection to the present one. A product I needed before on my last visit was not needed. This proving my theory that some people there are lying about our inspection report. I also went to a different mechanic shop. I never needed what this person said I needed. More to come!

Everything went smoothly and done within an hour as promised. I appreciated the complimentary car wash however there’s so many water spots left on the car that kind of defeated the purpose of doing the wash!

I noticed a flap hanging down after the service. Husband crawled under and found the oil filter cover was never put back into place. Just hanging there, two loose bolts. He hand tightened them with the cover in place. This after a loose oil filter that was missed on the 160 point certified inspection. These are two minor service issues, ones that I fear would be difficult to overlook when any real reason for repairs come up in the future.

Many frustrations but most importantly is the complete disregard for appointment times. Repeatedly this time included my vehicle sits long past my appointment time only to be told by staff that they are over booked that day. That should not be the customers issue. So many other issues today. The check out ladies were the only bright spot. Be grateful for their ability to diffuse a situation. They are keepers. I literally would not choose this location to service my vehicle or any friend or family that asks. Complete disrespect.
