The oil change did take 2 hours and originally thet were going to use synthetic oil. I caught that and requested conventional oil. My vehicle did not get a car wash. The $95 charge foe an.oil change was more than I expected.

I have a worst experience ever with the service provider Annika Williamson.She doesn't even know what's included in 100K mileage package. I clearly mentioned her that I have done my tire-rotation where I changed my tires. She was adding all cost individually and brought my cost to $497. while it was clearly mentioned in the Carlson website the package was of $271.Very sad. I give her rating of 0 out of 5.

Came for an oil change and was told that my water pump was leaking. I was told that I’m getting charge over thousands of dollar repairing my water pump. But my vehicle is still under warranty. Got it figure out, a day later, pick up my vehicle and was told I have to pay for parts and coolant and labor for $400. Talk to sales advisor Jeremy and got it figured out. It’s been a stressful experience with you guys.

My problem? Was told they appreciated my patience. With this I had to reschedule an appointment that I had made because of this service delay. After leaving I had to return because the Maintenance required see your dealer message had not been deleted A long frustrating morning for a simple oil change

I am frustrated to have to pay $200 for a diagnosis check since a warning light was on and I told the attendant what the problem was. Further more I am finding out the part maybe under warranty. I could have used a friends code reader again to tell me the issue. Not happy. Not going back to your dealer for service again.
