The check out process was confusing. I received a text saying my car service was complete. I was given a link to pay online & "bypass the counter." I clicked the link, paid online & walked out of the waiting room looking for my car. No one from the service department never approached me to say my car was complete. I saw no one at the desk in the service department. I located my car in the parking lot Unlocked, but no key. I searched for several minutes to find someone to tell me where to pick up my key. I was sent back in to the cashier (after being told I could "bypass the counter" to be told I owed $30.42 for my tire rotation. EGAD!! Does the right hand know what the left hand is doing? Needless to say I told the clerk I paid online. Finally, I was given my receipt & my key. No one ever came & talked to me or sent me a text to tell me anything about my service appointment. POOR customer service. I do not normally go to Carlson Toyota for service. I will likely not return nor will I recommend your business for service to friends or family. Please try to do better.

You should ask your customers if they are using a coupon when they come in. You know that the coupons were sent out and that they expire at the end of the month, so why not ask your customers when they arrive? It would have made a big difference in my experience. Otherwise I was very happy with the service.

The service technician seemed rather inexperienced and there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail, on top of several suggested repairs which did not all appear to be immediately necessary, giving the feeling of trying to inflate the final tally, although I don’t really believe that was the intent.
