My car was there for over a week with no answers. I had to call everytime to get updates because no one called me. One day after getting my car back it stalled on the road again. It is now at a different shop. The break lights were flickering on and off according to the person following behind me. One day is all it took for me to see a problem with it again. 1. And they had it for a week and a half and didn't find anything?

I brought my Tacoma in for a recall inspection/ they checked it out , it was fine. Almost immediately after drove it , I noticed a strong pull to the right , so I called , made a appointment, came to that appointment today, upon dropping off my truck , told her the issue I was having and stated “ you guys may have knocked it off alignment while checking the recall “ also another tech was there trying to sell me tires and I said to them both I do not have the money for any tires and that what ever needs to be fixed , if it’s not covered by my warranty, NOT TO FIX ANYTHING BECAUSE I HAVE NO MONEY AT THE MOMENT / after 2 1/2 hours I sat there, nobody came to inform me anything , I received a text saying my truck was ready , I got up to the counter and they handed me a bill for 139$ saying that they did the alignment/ stating it was the front that needed alignment/ I was VERY vocal about this , was brought to a service manager who stated even if I have a warranty , there is a 180$ diagnostics check fee / the bill was only for 139 so this made no sense , for one THIS HAD TO HAVE BEEN FROM THEM CHECKING THE RECALL SOMEHOW CUZ IT HAPPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER, SO I SHOULDNT HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR YOUR ERROR , and that being said , I EVEN TOLD THE TECHNICIANS WHO FIRST ACCEPTED MY TRUCK TO NOT FIX ANYTHING IF ITS NOT COVERD AND OOOOON TOP OF ALL THAT / IT PULLS TO THE RIGHT EVEN MORE SO THEY DIDNT EVEN FIX IT THE PROBLEM IM VERY DISSATISFIED AND I WILL BE CALLING TOMARROW MORNING I WILL NEVER COME TO YOUR DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING AND ANYBODY THAT ASK ME ABOUT YOUR DEALERSHIP I WILL TELL THEM THE SAME !

Nick was great. However I would like to add comments regarding the technicians. It appeared my vehicle was not washed, the seat and floor covers were still in my vehicle and I had to go back through the bay and ask for help to reset the maintenance required message on the dash. These are small things but it impacts the customers experience.

My recent visit was exceedingly unsatisfactory. I was kept waiting for two hours and thirty minutes only to be informed subsequently that they were unable to provide a technician to address the recall. The individual I dealt with was discourteous and uncooperative, stating that there was nothing she could do to remedy the situation.
