I understand that I have a Honda and you are a Toyota shop, however the question was specifically asked when the appointment was made when I bought the car whether or not your mechanics would be able to work on the car. They knew on Friday that Honda fluid would need to be brought in. There was no excuse for the 4 hour wait time today when I was told it would take an hour. I also wish there was more communication. I got the text that my car was checked in and wasn’t updated until I asked for one in person over two hours later.
Your staff is friendly and they seem to have done a good job on the car but this could have been a smoother process.

The check in person this service trip did not take serious my request to check my left front tire for a nail or reason for that tire having lost tire pressure to 28, 2 days before. There was confusion over n how to measure tire tread. The vehicle is only two years old and 30,000 miles on the rotated tires per requirements and one person told us they were unsafe to drive on after one person said they were measuring at 5/6.
I had another complaint listed on my maintenance request and it just wasn’t coordinated enough at the garage so now we have to come back again for that issue.
All this coupled with the fact that the first time I brought the vehicle in for scheduled service, it was bumped into, dented, and scratched somehow just makes me a little Leary of the service there. The scratch and dent were adequately fixed but not perfect. My brand new vehicle! I was devastated.
I am hopeful it’ll get better.
