It took an extra day that I wasn’t warned could be a possibility. It’s difficult when you are dealing with young kids and need your cars seats. If I would have been told it would take two days I would have taken the car seats out. I also told two people I need them to not roll the windows down, put a note in the car and someone still rolled the windows down. I got an alert on my phone through the app on two separate times where the windows were down. We had the coating put on the windows that Toyota sold us. You’d like to think they’d follow their own recommendations….

Unfortunately, I was informed that there was no one available to program my key. When scheduling the service, I was led to believe that the programming of the second key would be included. However, this did not happen, and I was left without a fully functional set of keys for my vehicle.
While the overall service I received was satisfactory, the failure to program the second key as promised is a significant inconvenience for me. As a loyal customer, I expected a higher level of service and attention to detail.

The Service Advisor was so rude to me when I wanted an explanation of why the services provided were so much more expensive than I had been told when scheduling the appointment. He was rude when I first went over to talk with him. I understand we needed some additional work than when scheduling but the math still didn’t add up and I could not get a straight answer as to why. Just that I agreed to the estimate. It was clear I was a bother to him while he was doing his job. This is the second bad experience dealing with Carlson Toyota service and we will no longer be bringing our vehicle to this dealer for service. While this is the closest to where we live, I will not settle for bad customer service. I was willing to give a second chance after the first bad experience but happening again the next time we brought it here is unacceptable.
