I had made an appointment and arrived on time, but it took over an hour before my car was even rolled into the shop. Meanwhile, no communication, no one bothered to let me know what was going on. I just sat in the lounge, waiting. It took 2 hours total for a lightbulb and wiper blade replacement. They obviously overbooked.

Locking lug nuts on each wheel were not tightened. Just noticed I was missing one and another ready to fall off and the other two were loose.

I took the 4runner in because of an alignment and clunking sound problem and the people in the service department went above and beyond to fix not only those issues but also identified issues with the shocks/struts. All covered thanks to it being gold certified. It feels like a new vehicle, now. I didn't realize how wonky it was until after feeling it post-repairs. Thank you.

When I drove my vehicle off the Toyota lot, the car made noises, some noises stopped, still having a screeching noise I hear( drivers side) , is there a time around 10:15am to have this looked at ASAP. It was not like this before.

I scheduled ahead to have my drive side sun visor fixed(along with a transmission flush + oil change), right at check in I was asked what I was there for: when I said driver side visor repair (which had been previously suggested repair on same day as other services that I had declined)he’s like “Did they order the part for that?” My response was “Well I certainly hope so as that was why I scheduled the service! Was it necessary for me to preface my service request when scheduling to state: please order the appropriate part for this? So no, they didn’t have part. Ordered & in a week or so they’ll call me when in & I’ll have to schedule another appt to come back for a 10 minute install/repair. Not happy about this. Also this prescheduled appt was also for oil change & transmission flush, I waited 3 hours = excessively long wait time. Typically love Carlson Toyota, NOT TODAY.

He told me he had to order parts for my front passenger door to fix the lock and wanted me to leave my car but I couldn’t so he said he would order and call the next day when parts came in. When I drove away my door lock worked so I feel like he was just trying to get $450 out of me for somothey fixed. They also rotated my tires as it was due and did not reset my maintenance required warning.
