I arrived at my scheduled appointment at 1:34 and was not helped until almost 1:45pm. I had also decided a text message saying that my car was ready for pickup and when I went up to the service desk, the cashier told me in fact my car wasn’t ready and that the tech hadn’t yet brought my keys up to the desk and talked to her about my vehicle. My concern or a new process should be brought around that the text should be sent out when my vehicle is truly ready for pickup and the cashier has my keys and any pertinent info about my appointment. The tech also didn’t talk to me about any findings during my oil change and tire rotation.

The Service Manager Lance. Was great. When I brought my truck in the service guy came out and never introduced himself to me as it was the first time there and didn’t know how the process worked. Also when I went to pick up my truck I did as Craig if he could run it through the wash for me and got told everybody was busy and he didn’t have anybody available. I definitely will be back but will not have him as my service consultant.

You never ordered my part for my 4Runner and schedule to have it installed and had me bring in my vehicle and removed the old part and never had a new part put on and didn't bothered to put the old part back on. This happen the first time I had the parts replaced a year and half ago. Once again you took my vehicle and had it for a whole day and didn't do any work to it.
