Made appointment over the phone a week prior to showing up for bumper recall. The first person that talked to me in check in, said I didn't have an appointment. He said he'd talk with a more senior service person to see if it was possible to still do the recall...and then proceeds to check 3 more people in without getting a senior service advisor. Thankfully, a more seasoned advisor saw me, and I tod him my issue. I don't remember this guy's name, but he immediately said he'd take care of me and he'd have out in a couple of hours. Now that is great customer service. Someone needs to do a follow up on the guy setting up appointments by phone. During that call, there was a lot of background noise. The person sounded like he was working from, asi heard what seemed like a dog, kids, and tv. I will continue servicing my Highlander at Carlson Toyota, as this was only the first time I've ever had an issue.

I had my appointment on Saturday 7/6/ at 9:30am . My car got moved in the bay at 11am and got out around 11:15am . What kind of oil change take only 15 minutes. And guess what? My car got overfilled 1 quart of oils! You guys should check your quality of your service. I had been a long time customer but now definitely I will not come back again!

There was no one to greet me when I came in. I went into the main service check-in area and there was only one person there on the phone so I had to wait about 10 minutes for another person to come in and take me across the hall to the oil change area to check in, and then I was just left there. I never received any notification about what they were doing or how long it would take when they were finished. A girl came out and gave me the bill but didn’t know what they had done. Just read off the bill that it was a 10 point inspection or something no oil change no tire rotation no information about anything that needed to be done. My vehicle is 20 months old and has 10,000 miles on it so I don’t know what the inspection did for me or what work might need to be done. All I know is there was a message in my dashboard that said maintenance required contact dealership. Also the low tire pressure light was on when I arrived. Nobody mentioned what was wrong with that if there was an issue with the tire because the light is always on, but nobody asked me about why the light was on or how long it had been on, etc.

I had my car towed in the night prior, so it was towed in on Thursday night. I called three times in Friday and did not connect with someone until 2:30pm regarding my car after sitting in hold for 30 minutes. I told my advisor that my car overheated and my Power steering light came on. I was told there was no power steering fluid in my vehicle, which there is. I told them it happened at idle and they insisted they drive my car to ensure there were no problems. I have called to speak to a manager and still have yet to receive a call back. Let’s hope something serious didn’t go wrong in the meantime because lord knows I won’t be responsible.

Came in to get my 2023 Tacoma’s recall checked out. I was told it’ll be an hour or so. I waited about an hour or so. A service writer approached me and said my vehicle was complete but unfortunately the system was down and was unable to provide any paperwork for the “service” that was completed. He asked if an email would be ok and I answered yes that would be fine. It’s been more than a week and still no paperwork, no email regarding any work, any update. This has got to be a joke right?
