The employees I worked with were friendly and professional, however, there was an issue (front windshield wiper fluid sprayer(s)) that seems to have been overlooked with my ‘24 Corolla Cross in my first regular maintenance that has since affected the performance of my vehicle.

The technician that changed my oil cracked the filter housing. She told me about it and said that they would repair it at no charge. I asked her when I get my invoice that it will state what was replaced what was repaired in detail at no charge for a record of what was done.She said yes. She also charged my maintenance repair plan for a tire rotation, which I did not have. I did not need one as I just had my tires replaced at your dealership on April 20, 2024 and had not driven 5000 miles. For that error, I got a card stating that I have one free tire rotation. They could not reverse the claim on maintenance plan ?? I left the dealership only to find out that my oil was leaking. My vehicle is now in the shop to get repaired again. I’ve always had all of my maintenance done at your dealership, my last two times I was at your dealership for repairs I was very disappointed. I think your service is not what it used to be. I have bought 2 vehicles from Carlson and have referred many friends to your dealership, mostly due to your good service. I am unsure if I will be a returning customer.

I don’t know if you received what I just wrote so you can call me. I wrote a lot. Not satisfied. My 7:45am didn’t happen - called Nick at noon who only then told me that. Why? Made no sense and felt quite dismissive. Said it would be done soon ( diagnostic) and yet I had to call back again around 3pm because I still had no word. Really! I brought car in night before with friend’s help. Nick then said it would be done and written up soon for cost. He then did call me back - cam- shaft- and cost. By the way he actually said I should expect issues - it is an older car. Not wise to speak that way about your own product! I love my Toyota - it is a wonderful car - Toyota’s are known to go the distance! Anyway- I finally got the issue, came in, paid bill and got copy of paperwork. I will get this work done - not sure it will be at your dealership. Even at counter once paid, no one said “thanks for your business”. The T slapped down a chocolate. No thanks. Also no apology for nick’s disconnect and dismissive manner. Finally

I came in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation, usually takes less than anhour. It took close to an hour and a half. Your service rep told me due to the inconvience to me Carlson Toyota took care of the $101.00 bill. That's excellent customer service, thank you!
