I had 8 minutes from the time I received the multi point inspection results to the time the service attendant appeared to check me out. The inspection recommended replacement of the cabin air filter and I approved the work via text. Too late the car was already in the parking lot. You lost $65 in revenue and I still have a dirty air filter. Gary N
