I mentioned 2 issues I was having with our new van. The Bluetooth/airplay after playing a few songs won’t let us change the volume. And also if leave sliding doors open for more then 10 minutes the doors then will not shut. But the details do not seem like they got passed on besides having problem with doors and air play don’t work. Then the tech checked them and said they are fine. So we get a new van back that has issues that should not be happening on a new van.

I was satisfied with the service overall, and answered to that. I brought a Jeep Cherokee in. The quote was a bit higher than expected and we got a local shop to quote us 1/2 of what the dealership’s quote was. I didn’t bother to try to get a price match since it was so much lower but Nick did say it was an option, then explained after market parts etc and the intricacies of why the pricing is higher at a dealership, which I understand. I’m leaving a comment because my husband dropped my car off. My phone number was on the contact info. I was asked if I can confirm the information or if my husband should be spoken to. Don’t do that. Ask if I’m the owner. Ask if I want to talk about the car and if now is a good time, after I said I am the one to talk to, the conversation was fine but the question… Should I talk to your husband? Again, ended up being respectful and fine after I said yes, just the wording was bothersome. I don’t think there was an intent of I need to speak to a male, but I’ve never been asked the question before.
