Little things are going down hill. When technicians can’t get your sticker right for a second time in a row-it is concerning about who works on my car. A sticker is a simple thing-peal it off and replace with the correct mileage. Last time-they stuck a new sticker over an old sticker? It’s a simple task… but means something to the customer. This time-wrong mileage on the it! So whose to say I even got the right repairs done that were listed on my receipt.
If a simple oil change and tire rotation is hard for a technician-I don’t know if I dare bring my car back for the other maintenance needed.
