I brought in my car because the engine light was on and Toyota service switched it off stating there was nothing wrong; However, the maintenance dashboard was showing messages and a month later my car wouldn’t start. I had to call for road side assistance. I was charged a ridiculous amount just to have the message turned off. My car is a 2022 which is not old and shouldn’t have messages coming on for nothing. Brought back my car to Toyota service to let them know about the messages and they stated there’s nothing wrong so I don’t understand why I was getting these messages and my car wouldn’t start.

the maintainance required indicator was not reset after my oil change. It’s not that big of a problem for me to do it, but it is an annoyance when you get in the car after a $79 oil change and it’s not done.

I greatly appreciate the video updates during the service. Most of the process was perfect and professional. The intake, where first impressions are made, was a mess. I would not recommend putting your least professional representatives on the front end of the client experience.
They weren’t disrespectful, just clueless. I had an appointment, but they had a hard time finding it. Then they called in a service guy that was clearly winging it and stumbling through the process. I bought my Highlander new 4 years ago and have always gotten service at Carlson. I have never seen it this bad. Management of this area should be reevaluated.

I was pleasantly surprised my car was done as quickly as it was, less than half the time I had previously spent at another dealer for the same service.
It was nice to see seat cover and floor mat used by them, but I had to discard them after the service was done. Thanks for an overall good experience.
