I was very disappointed that I trusted Toyota to perform repairs to my 2010 Tacoma which included troubleshooting the front brake system on my Tacoma. Image my surprise when Toyota called me to tell me that they could not get the wheels off my truck because they could not locate the wheel locks. That’s because I did not have any. Big O tires had just replaced all 4 tires a week ago and they did not have any trouble at all. I had to come get my truck from Toyota and take it to big O for needed repairs. I would think my dealership should have the proper equipment to do something as simple as removing wheels for needed repairs. Guess I will go to big O from now on.
