The sales dept was top notch and we love our Toyota Vehicles. The service department always has done what is right and our vehicles leave there in excellent condition. My one concern is that I always feel I am battling w/them to get the work done that the warranties cover. For example this last time when I brought my RAV4 in for a flat tire, the employee almost acted put put out that it was under warranty and said at one point, “well if it’s covered?” The enthusiasm of sales and service need to meet somewhere in the middle and the service department needs to work on their car-side manner…
